I can not thank Florence and staff enough for going above and beyond with their care for my Grandmother. Florence really cares about her clients and their families and will bend over backwards to help in any way possible. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Florence Precious Home Care is awesome! They helped take care of my mom during her final days and Florence was there with us when she passed. I don’t know what we would have done without her. They are so caring. I highly recommend!

Florence is truly a godsend - experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, loving, and cheerful. She keeps in regular contact with us, providing updates and asking questions as needed. We trust her work and her advice completely. The home health aides we've worked with through her agency are reliable, timely, kind and pleasant.
