Founded in 2019 by Florence Shanga and Gilbert Shanga, FLORENCE PRECIOUS HOME CARE is a family-owned agency dedicated to supporting individuals and families through dependable in-home health services. We are Dual Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC), providing Community-Based skilled nursing services in Hackettstown, New Jersey, along with Companion and Personal Care throughout multiple counties across New Jersey.
Florence Shanga, a registered nurse, leads all clinical operations to maintain high standards of care. Administrative and financial oversight is managed by Gilbert Shanga, supported by advanced academic and business training.
